Last week, i bought itunes gift card in Australia. After i come back in Indonesia, the card isn't work and must be redeemed in Australia storefront. How can i use this card?

You cannot. The iTunes gift card, as you have discovered, is only valid in the country of purchase. If you know someone in Australia, since you were there, see if you can sell it to them. Otherwise, you are not going to be able to use it in Indonesia.
Go back to Australia, or sell it to someone who lives there. It can't be redeemed or spent in a different country.

No, because you will not be able to use it in your store. If your friend signed into your iTunes account, it would still be your account and the card could not be redeemed.
