iCloud Music, error 5002

I enabled my iCloud music library and like many people experienced it ruined my library. Now i deleted my whole library and just added one album, and it didn't get matched since this is from local musicians. But it still should/does upload it to iCloud to listen on other devices. It appears on all my devices (PC, iPad, iPhone, Mac) but when i hit play it will not start playing. It shows the album art and track length but won't play. I also can't download the songs locally. If i hit the download button i get Error 5002. I have no idea how to get this working!

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Late 2013), OS X Yosemite (10.10.4), El Capitan
