cant connect to ethernet in india

I am unable to connect to ethernet in india.i am using a macbook pro late 2011 on OS YOSEMITE.I am having details of ip address,subnet mask,preferred dns

and alternate dns.these are all the details needed for connecting to windows laptop.for mac,what is the process.can anyone help me?
