Emergency editing problems

I take a lot of medications so ofcourse I'm typing a lot of medications into that section of the Emergency page but there's something wrong. I can only type so much until the keyboard locks itself at the top of the page and won't let me see what else I'm typing. The main reason I upgraded to the 5G was because of this Emergency part so it'd be awesome if I could actually get it to let me type in my information. Any fixes that can be made Apple?
