trying to copy a pdf from mac book air to dropbox

Opened up a web page in safari and the opened a pdf, user manual. Tried to copy the pdf but it won't allow me. want to copy and paste into a dropbox file.

MacBook Air (13-inch, Early 2015), OS X Yosemite (10.10.4)
