battery menu shifted

Anyone seen this before? (The menu, when the battery icon is clicked on, is shifted over on the right. It is supposed to line up with the end of the icon like in the second picture.)

Usually happens the first time I click on the icon. After clicking away and re-clicking on it, it is normal.

Could this be signs of problems?
