4G Airtel Bangalore - for iPhone 5S bought in Dubai

Did anyone get LTE signal in iPhone 5S, which was bought outside India. It looks funny, as I get LTE signal in Delhi but not in Bangalore. Happy to get any help in this regard to make it happen.
