uninstal Zedge Tonesync for mac osx
Cannot open iTunes for music purchase, the only thing I get open in ITunes is what I have purchased otherwise ITunes is non existant.
iMac (27-inch Mid 2010), OS X Yosemite (10.10.4)

If you mean that you aren't seeing the iTunes Store buttons/tabs for accessing the store then check the Parental tab in iTunes > Preferences (command-comma) and see if the iTunes Store is disabled
