Download Mac Messages history (readable)

I've been looking for a way to download my Macintosh chat history with Messages to a folder in a simple, readable way (much like WhatsApp "download chat history"or some short), so i can create a folder with a plain text and images if possible, of all the chat column with this person.

All i've found are ways of getting into the chat history and finding a highly compartmentalised folders from a single person, i'm talking about 25 folders of very little chat inside each one.

I'm looking for a simple and complete way of obtaining the chat history and not filled with hundreds of individual folders.
