sir a very good morning i own a apple 4 which is troubling me in hearing speaker which r not clear at all

sir my apple 4 with serial no DX5KTLRXDPON is with a problem of speakers i am not able to har properly so i need to use bluetooth with it.

so here is my request make me solve this problem as soon as possible .
