LTE 5C Verizon not working..

We have 3 iphones, an iphone 6, an iphone 5s and and iphone 5c. The 5c will not switch to cellular data, so if we leave the house or are away from a wifi signal the 5c will only work for making phone calls. I've been on the phone with Verizon tech support 3 times. I've been in the Verizon store where we replaced the sim card, reset the phone to factory setting and it still doesn't work. So they sent me another 5c phone. This too doesn't work. I am at my wits end trying to get this to work. I've seen several post regarding similar issues with other carriers, but no real solution. I'm going to attempt to contact Apple in the morning to see if they have an answer.

The iphone 6 and iphone 5s work as expected. No problems with the LTE signal at our home.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
