Where did you buy the phone and was it second hand?

If so there is nothing that you can do. Unfortunately, when you do a reset of your phone, everything resorts to how it was.

Unless you can find the previous owner of the phone and find out their Apple id or get them to remove it from their iCloud account, then there is nothing you can do and you will now never be able to use this phone again.

Nobody here can help you and Apple will not help you either - this is the activation lock that is there to prevent theft - it cannot be bypassed so there is nothing that anybody can do.

You can log in to https://icloud.com/find with the Apple ID. If you see the phone you can remove it from the account. If you do not see it there is nothing you can do.
