Yosemite mail unable to choose a signature. Choose a signature marked "none" and I cannot change it

I have created 3 signatures to be used in mail. But I cannot change the setting "none". When I am in the window where I write an email I cannot change it either. What's wrong with mail?

Someone can help me?
