Canon MG8150 keeps printing same photo

MG8150 prints same photo no matter what is sent to it. Eliminated problem with computer. Tried from 2 different computers.Used 3 different printing programs. Rebooted printer. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Updated drivers. It will scan or print text. Problem only when printing photos. Tried printing from both trays. Always carefully check setting and preview. Tried plain paper setting. Nothing works. Only change is I installed new ink cartridges. Problem started after that. Do the chips on the ink cartridges have anything to do with what gets printed? They are not genuine Canon, but I've used this brand before with no problems. It seems like one image is stuck in the memory. Print queue is empty. HELP!!
