Bluetooth connect to windows 8.1

Hello!

I have an iPod nano 7th gen.

And when I used my laptop with Windows 7 I can pair my iPod to PC and can use PC as the wireless speakers for my iPod.

I just pair my iPod, all drivers install automatically and there is option like "Use PC as speakers for this device"

And in device's properties there are 3 bluetooth services for device:

Audio source

Remote Control

Can be controlled remotely by other devices

Now I have windows 8.1. I can pair iPod, but there isn't option for using device as an audio source.

In device properties I can see only 'Remote control'.

Seems drivers for iPod in windows 8.1 are buggy. Does someone know how to deal with my problem?

P.s. The same troubles were when I tried to connect iPhone 5S. It has been recognized only as a remote control bluetooth device.
