I restored my iphone but I forgot my icloud and password so I'm stuck on the activation screen?

I have an iPhone 4s,but ever since i update it to ios 7 through WiFi my iPhone has been slow. so decide restore my phone from iTunes but it only lets you restore to the newest ios because that's apple. so i downloaded ios 8.3 thinking this was going to make my iPhone work normally again. After all that process of restoring when it finally finish it ask for my icloud and password for activation. This is where the problem starts i bought this phone 3 years ago and i forgot both my icloud and password so now I'm stuck in the activation screen. I tried to find my apple id but it doesn't work.
