inserting png file problem

trying to insert png file into new downloaded ibook author but it keeps recognising it as a movie file, says optimising for movie,


just want to import it as a transparent png file , can't do it in new ibooks author,

it should work by simply dragging and dropping the image from finder into iBA. Are you sure this is a png file?
