I forgot my iCloud email and Id and now I can't activate my phone.k

OKay, so yesterday I turned my phone completely off and forgot that I would need to re type the password after every restart. when I turned it on, I didn't know the password and had to factory reset it. I plugged it into my laptop only to find that my friend had set it all up for me and didn't know the Apple ID. So I searched through all my emails and finally found one that I used to use. My phone isn't connected to that one. I set my phone up and got to the iCloud activation page on my phone and I don't know what it is. PLEASE HELP
