Accessing iPhoto library through time capsule

A few months back I bought a time Capsule and an external hard drive in order to back everything up then delete files as I had insufficient space on my hard drive.

I recently checked the external hard drive, and the iPhoto library is not in the Pictures folder, and I am unable to find the photos that were stored in iPhoto.

I would now like to check whether I can find them in time capsule, but I don't know where to look.

Can anyone help?
