Service ‘Apple Mobile Device Service’ (Apple Mobile Device Service) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services.

I bought a new computer, that came with Windows 8.1 64 bit. I have all windows updates installed. When trying to install the recent version of itunes, version 12.1.2 for windows 64 bit, I have the following error:


Service ‘Apple Mobile Device Service’ (Apple Mobile Device Service) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services.


I install as administrator.


Can someone please help me?
