Mag Light App Problem

I had the magnifying light app on my iPhone 5 and accidentally deleted it. I couldn't figure if there was a way to un-delete.. so..

I uploaded a new app. Now every time I open it, it asks me if I want to upgrade.. I say Later.. and it takes a picture.. then turns on the mag light.

I don't want the screen or the message. Is there a way to eliminate this.

App is by Falcon. I don't know how to contact them.
