I have backed up my iphone4s to my computer using itunes.
I have restored the backup via itunes to new iphone 5s.
When an App needs to update it is showing a different AppleID than the one I use and asking for the password to continue.
Why would this be if backuped up with original AppleID?

Did you buy iPhone new or second hand ?
Has pc being used for Another Apple ID
Since ios 7 you can do almost everything over your
Wifi software updates/Downloads
When you charge an iphone/ iPad its Automatically
Backs up to iCloud .
We have 2iphones& 3 iPads
And have not used our PC for over 2 years
For iPhone / iPads
But if iphone is tied to unknown Apple ID
You will have problems.
