Transparent icons on desktop

Hello,

I've been experimenting this issue since a few weeks. As you can see in the screenshot below, all icons in my desktop look transparent and I don't know why. I've been searching for a solution on the internet but I don't have luck. I hope you can help me with this bothering trouble.
