my touchscreen freezes
My touchscreen freezes after I open any app or answer the phone. Now I have to close (using the top button) every time to be able to open next window. I have a 5S and all software is updated.

Try holding the sleep/wake (top button) and the home button until the Apple logo appears. Before you do this double tap the home button and swipe all open apps upwards.
