iPhone5s USB connection
When I connect to PC USB, there is a connection, then after about 30 seconds, the connection cuts off. I am trying to offload a bunch of movies/pics to make space and can't. Help!

does it cut off period or does it cut off when you try to download or upload ? (not sure of what offload is)
have you verified you have the latests version of itune?
have you tried another usb port ?
have you tried another cable ?
have you tested if the same thing happens to other computers then the one you attempt with at first?
