I understand that you want to authorize your iTunes with your Apple ID. I know that it can be frustrating after multiple attempts and still no success.
I would start with checking to see how many Authorizations you have associated with your Apple ID. Take a look at the article below to walk you through looking that up and if you need to, you may need to Deauthorized all if you have reached the max authorizations.
