My Keynote is no longer syncing to my iCloud

I've been using Keynote for a while and it always sync's slideshows between my desk top and my lap top. Suddenly, it doesn't seem to be syncing anymore. The most recent version is on my Laptop, while on my desktop, there's a file with a cloud and a down arrow next to it - see attached. Any ideas?
