Aug 5, 2015 1:44 PM in response to eska_from_poznanby iW00,Try with simple steps like turn off your MBA, your printer and your Router. Then Turn ON your Router first and wait until is fully on and has established connection. Then, power on your MBA and print next and test it again.
If you still can't print, try to reset print service and add your printer again:
OS X Yosemite: Reset the printing system

Ping printer: If you have the printers IP address open Terminal (Applications/Utilities) and at the prompt type: ping {printerIP}. You will get a reply or failure.

Did you upgrade the HP 4100 print driver?
Check for the latest HP print drivers by launching your App Store app and then click on the Updates tab. The HP Printer Drivers Pkg should be listed. Click the Update button. If it is not listed, you can manually download and install the HP Printer Drivers v3.1 that released on June 18, 2015.
Note: the latest printer driver for the HP 4100 is version 19.13.
