Leaving laptop plugged in

Does anyone know if I can leave my mac book pro left plugged in all the time or should I charge it un plug till dead then charge and un plug again thanks

MacBook Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)

You can leave it plugged in all the time, but at least once every two or three months you should let it run on battery power down to between 10 and 20% before recharging. This should get you the best battery life.
