Someone is accessing my texts and/or whatsApp messages. How can this be done?

My iPhone 4 used to belong to my partner. His ex-wife is somehow accessing my texts and/or whatsApp message content, and probably location, maybe more. The phone is linked to an iPad in her possession. It is also linked to a Macbook Pro in my possession. Her iPad is in my iTunes Wi-Fi Sync, but I cannot seem to remove it. Can she access my messages via this without me giving permission? Or can she access the Macbook Pro?

I have changed my Apple ID password, and turned off the location service, but she still accesses my content. How can this be done, and how can I stop it?

No she not be able to access your text or message. If you still doubt then do one thing. Once backup your all whatsapp messages. uninstall the app. Now again install app and login with number. verify your Phone number and that's all.

Now go to WhatsApp Settings > Chat Settings > Chat Backup check here auto backup is on. if auto backup is on then need to be check that which iCloud ID you are using. If same iCloud ID accessible by your partner ex-wife then she will be access your backup messages from iCloud. so better that you also change your iCloud password.

You need to be login iTune on Macbook or PC. now check how many device are authorized with this ID you need to be deauthorize your iPhone, iPad or other devices.

Many thanks, but this does not explain how she is accessing my sms texts, which are not on iCloud. Any ideas how she can do this?

I have tried your suggestion, but only my iPhone is authorised with this ID. However, my partner's ex-wife is somehow accessing my texts/whatsApps on my iPhone 4. Her iPad is linked to my phone in the list on the iTunes/wifi-sync ON my phone (but not on the MacBook pro). Can she access my phone messages through this, or is there another way she can access my phone content? How can she have done this?
