Q: Finding Corrupted Files Due to Apple Music
Apple Music is an unmitigated nightmare. First I have found thousands of tunes deleted from my library.
Now I am finding that many of the remaining tunes, ones that I own outright, now have DRM applied.
Finally, I tried listening to a tune and found that even though it was labeled properly for the album it was in, it was in fact a totally unrelated tune from a different album, but a different artist.
I am well and truly at my wits end. I've watched Apple Music turn my 190+ gig music library, one that I have built up since my iMac G4, into a near useless pile of digital trash.
I'm left to wonder, how can I find out all the errors that Apple Music has introduced into my library? Do I have to just listen to every last track for months or years on end? How is it possible to reconcile all the damage that Apple Music has wreaked on my personal library?
I truly wish I never heard of Apple Music.
