Unknown Error 1671

Hi there. When trying to restore my iPhone 6+ via iTunes I keep getting "an unknown error occurred 1671". Does anyone have any ideas as to how to help. I can't update or restore, and the screen in frozen. Hard reset doesn't work either, as it keeps coming back to the frozen screen image
