personal hotspot is missing in my settings menu, after I upgraded my iPad mini2 os to iOS 8.4. Can i get help, how can I bring this settings back in my menu? My device is cellular. And it was there while I was using lower version of iOS.till 15 july15.

Alex, Reset from the above options, no3 I tried, it worked. Also you can reset from settings>General>reset and you can try with network reset option.
I am having this problem again from this morning. It just disappears. Trying with network reset, pressing home+unlock buttons, but in vain. After I have this problem, I upgraded to iOS 9. Still same.
