My ex wife has our old mac air. She is able to see see all of my text messages from my phone on her mac air through the message app. How do I stop that?
Do you have the same iCloud account? I would suspect so and that is the reason. If you do you can get separate iCloud accounts for each of you and do not link them or use Family Sharing. You could also go to the iCloud Settings on the phone and Mac and disable all or most items (but make sure you leave Find My iPhone/Mac on).
If you are not sharing an ID with your wife try this.
On the Air, check whether 'Handoff' is active, if it is, switch it off.
Change your AppleID.
