Q: my iphone is opening apps on its own and calling people-what do i need to do?

my iphone is opening up apps and calling people on its own.. is there anything that i can do to fix this? it clicks things when im on facebook for example... that im clearly not clicking on. My iphones a 6 and not very old. Ive tried the norm of turning it off and on but does not seem to be helping!

iPhone 6, iOS 8.4
