Songs you have actually bought from the iTunes Store will not be affected, including if you have re-downloaded them from the Store. (If you download these to another device using Apple Music those copies will be deleted but you can always re-download from the Store itself.)

Songs you have downloaded for offline listening from Apple Music but have not actually bought will be deleted from your device.

Songs you have 'matched' with copies ripped from your own CDs but which are also in the Store will be deleted.

Songs you have 'matched' with your own copies of songs which are not in the Store will not be deleted but you won't be able to 'match' any more.

For tracks downloaded through Apple Music, they won't play afterwards and may be deleted 30 days later.

For songs individually purchased from the iTunes Store, nothing.
