When will you appropriately staff your apple stores for repairs?

This is my first encounter / use of your "Genius" bar services and I have to say that I am not impressed.


My display failed on a less-than-year-old Macbook Air and, like many customers, my working life revolves around this system. When I took it to the Chandler Fashion Center store, I was informed that they did not have the part; however, the SanTan store did. I though...great..take it there and they can fix it.


Instead it has been sitting on a bench queued for repair for the past three days while I beg / borrow / steal and basically have my entire, well, working life disrupted by its absence for the past 3 days...right next to the display that needs to be installed.


It sounds like your stores are not appropriately staffed to perform the repairs for these systems.


Aside from this, I very much enjoy this system and look forward to getting it back. However, your store / genius bar experience is most definitely not up to Apple standards.
