i have created my apple ID through online when i tried to log it in to my iphone4s it ask for credit card. there's no "None option" please help

I see from your post that you're unable to select None as the payment type with your existing Apple ID. This is because if you are using the store for the first time with that Apple ID, a valid payment method must be provided. However you are able to change that to None afterwards.

If you're using the iTunes Store or App Store for the first time

If you're using the store for the first time with an existing Apple ID, you must provide a payment method. After you create the account, you can change your payment information to None.

If you're creating a new Apple ID, you might be able to create an account without entering your credit card details.
