My AppleTV jumps to the Airplay screen suddenly. How do I fix this?

When I'm watching something on Netflix, the Airplay screen pops up out of nowhere. What I'm watching gets interrupted and I lose my place in the show as well. I'm not sure how to get rid of the Airplay screen popping up all the time without me asking it to.

Is there any way to fix this? I already have turned off Airplay and it keeps popping up.
