Mirrored WebCam on all applications

Hi

I was wondering if there was a way to disable mirroring a webcam in OSX. It seems that all applications are mirroring the webcam by default and that is not practical for whiteboard sessions, etc.

I've searched for solutions for this everywhere without any result. And no, the App (GoToMeeting) sadly doesn't have a "mirror" option that I can switch.

Thanks in advance

I may not understand what you mean by "mirroring".

If you mean that the camera's view appears mirror-imaged on your Mac,

take a look at http://discussions.apple.com/thread/6840611?answerId=27863619022#27863619022

If you mean something else, please give us a bit more explanation of your problem.

You're welcome.

Your response doesn't provide any additional explanation to help those of us users who try to help here to better understand your "context". Therefore, we cannot provide any more specific suggestions.

I see you have looked for 3rd party software. If you have not already done so, you might also consider theiGlasses3rd party add-on. iGlasses has a long history of good service to Mac users who need the capability it offers. Perhaps it can help you with whatever problem you are trying to solve.
