Q: App Store won't recognize new Apple id

app store keeps reverting back to old Apple ID and password. I have done to I forgot process and still won't use my new Apple ID

Hello DJJus176,
Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.
From your post it appears you need to change the Apple ID your iPhone is using to sign into the App Store. The following article should help you with that.
