I have an Iphone 4s IOS 8.4 and my wifi has been blurred out for a couple of days. I have tried every way to fix this problem but is still is blurred out. Someone please help

"Blurred out" - do you mean grayed out? Not knowing what you mean by "every way", see this article:

You're welcome. Most of these require replacement to fix. Beware of recommendations to place in a freezer or use a hairdryer to heat - these are only temporary and are likely to cause additional thermal damage.
