iPhone comes with pre-installed apps from IOS.8. If they are deleted, can we get them back?

iPhone 6 comes with apps such as Garage Band, Keynote, iMovie (etc.), which is really awesome! But say I deleted them for some extra storage and would now like some of them back on my device. Is the only to accomplish that paying for them in the app store, despite having already had them on the device? That would more-or-less make sense, but I haven't found a definite answer. Thanks so much!

Garage Band, iMovie, Pages, Notes and Keynote are part of the iLife/iWork packages that Apple made free to all new iPhone 6 purchases. They don't come preinstalled like the rest of the apps that come by default with the device. If you deleted them, they can be redownloaded by going to the App Store / Updates / Purchased section (path is different on an iPad). You must be signed in with the same AppleID the phone was registered to and used to do the original download.
