Not exactly. If the person making the purchase has store credit, that will be used before going to the Family Organizer's credit card. However, store credit on the FO's account will only be used for the FO's purchases, not for the member's purchases.

I filled up a bit of iTune credit when gifts cards are on sale.

I just want to ensure when I start paying for the monthly Apple Music fee, I want iTune to use up my credits first.
