I forgot the restriction passcode on my son's phone.
Even if I reset and backup the phone, the restriction code is still on.
How can I reset the code without having to reset the phone and losing all his data?

I don't believe that you can reset the restriction code without restoring the phone to factory settings. Sorry.
If you lose or forget your Restrictions passcode, you'll need to erase your device and then set it up as a new device to remove the passcode. Restoring the device won't remove the passcode.

Choose a Restrictions passcode that you'll remember and confirm your passcode. Make sure to choose a passcode that's different from the passcode you use to unlock your device.
