Q: Deauthorizing one PC...

The "Deauthorize All" button does not appear because I only have one computer authorized. The problem is, this article does not at all state what to do in that situation. I do not have access to that authorised PC; I recently clean-installed Windows 10 and forgot to deauthorize beforehand. How can I deauthorize that now non-existent PC, and authorize this one?

Authorize the new computer normally. Since you're only using one authorization, having the old computer authorized won't prevent this, unless a rented movie is involved, in which case it's simply impossible to authorize a second one.

It won't let be authorize unless the other PC is deauthorized for some reason. :/

EDIT: It suddenly works now. Beforehand, I got an error message saying that I had to deauthorize the other PC before authorizing this one. Any reason why that would show up, I wonder? o.O
