Q: I have been invoiced approx £500 for coins played on my iPad by my grandson without my authorisation I cannot get to speak to anyone for a refund. This was multiple purchases and the only way I stopped them keep coming was to change my apple password

IV been invoiced approx £500 for coins bought for coins on an app game. My grandson was playing my iPad and I authorised 2 x £3.99 and a £14.99 but I kept getting more invoices for more coins totalling approx £500. Theis was most definitely done without authorisation. The invoices kept coming on my iphone and it wasn't until I changed my password that they stopped. I have been unable to talk to anyone and unable to get passed to the correct department. Please advise me of who to contact to get this money refunded thank you.
