Q: How can I get updates for OSX 10.10.4 without entering my credit card details?

When I click on updates in the App Store and choose update all, I enter my Apple ID credentials and am told that "This Apple ID has not yet been used with the App Store, please review your account information."

I click the Review button and I am taken to a wizard for the App Store, second page is a Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, the third page...actually, after about five attempts, the third page finally has a "None" button for payment option. I can assure you this was not there the first four times. This is very suspicious behaviour. I do wonder how many people have been duped into putting in their details when they are not needed.
