Q: iPhone 6 slowly losing service.

My wife & I both upgraded to iphone 6 a few months ago. She got the 16gb model and I upgraded to the 64gb. She has not had any issues with any service slow down. Now my phone you can watch it drop from Lte to 3G to 1x writhin a short time period. Sometimes 10 minutes sometimes 30. Only way to get it back is to restart the phone and it comes back with Lte service and starts the process all over again. On wifi everything is fine. It's not a service issue as I had both our phones and compared and hers never dropped only mine. Is this a rare phone issue with 64gb phones? Or?

    Hey there Hamilton 99,

It sounds like only one of your phones seems to be losing cellular connection speed. I would start by checking for a carrier update:

    iOS: Updating your carrier settings

Follow these instructions to update your carrier settings:

    1. Make sure your device is connected to the Internet.
    2. Tap Settings > General > About. If an update is available, a prompt will appear.

Note: Occasionally a carrier may release a mandatory update. This type of update will display only an OK button instead of an Update button, to let you know that the update was downloaded and installed.

If the issue persists I would reset your network settings:

Reset your Network Settings. Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you’ve used before.

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won’t connect to a Wi-Fi network
