Aug 7, 2015 11:30 AM in response to Blakeb155by Loner T,You are not supposed put the ISO on USB. The ISO must be on your Mac. BCA will erase and reformat the USB and integrate the BC drivers and the ISO on to the USB.
Please follow How to install Windows using Boot Camp - Apple Support .

Aug 7, 2015 6:29 PM in response to Blakeb155by sinoue,Hi Blake - I got the same message. It looks like the current version of Boot Camp Assistant doesn't do a good job of letting users turn the WIndows 10 ISO image into a USB stick.
If you have access to a Windows machine download the free ISOtoUSB(dot)com utility and convert your Win10 ISO to a USB Flash Drive that you can then use to install Windows on your Mac.
I posted my notes on Instructable if you search for "Windows 10 and USB Type C" (the steps are for the new MacBook that requires a USB Type C adapter to even plugin your USB stick).
Microsoft also sells a USB 3 flash drive with Windows 10 and a product key which is the same price as just buying the key if you aren't doing the free Win 7/8 to 10 activation.
